The Nutrition Clinic is an outpatient eating disorder clinic with locations in Elmira and Syracuse, New York. Recognized regionally and nationally, the Nutrition Clinic has been treating and advocating for persons with eating disorders for over 20 years.

In 2008, after developing a relationship with Ophelia’s Place, the Nutrition Clinic opened an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Syracuse, NY to help meet the needs of individuals in upstate New York. The IOP and outpatient nutrition services are located at Ophelia’s Place, 407 Tulip St., Liverpool, N.Y. In recognition of the critical role that supported transition plays in successful long-term recover, these are programs designed to meet the patient’s needs along a continuum of care.

The IOP is designed for individuals transitioning from a higher level of care or those in outpatient treatment needing additional support. The IOP meets three evenings a week, allowing individuals to continue their normal daily activities. The program is designed for men and women (ages 16 and older) who are medically stable and working with an outpatient team.
